Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Leader to achieve sales, conversion and other key performance indicators through the effective leadership of the team
  • Support the Store Leader with effective and efficient execution of customer service, company programs, policies and directives in store
  • Contribute to effective store operations
  • Coach and train Store Associates to deliver excellence in customer service and operations

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people
  • High School Diploma (College diploma or University degree preferred)
